Full payment must be paid at time of reservation. The dates will not be held without full payment.

 

No children allowed who are unable to swim independently or follow the rules independently without prior approval. This cottage is not appropriate for any children that cannot swim, as the cottage is within the pool area. Only immobile, handheld infants or children old enough to swim independently.  If you arrive and we see that your child cannot swim independently, you will be asked to leave without a refund.  It is not safe to have any children within the pool area whom cannot swim or obey the rules. 

 

Any mistreatment of the animals or of the property, you will be asked to leave immediately without a refund.

 

There will be no jumping into the pool, aggressive behavior or running around the pool. There will be no excessive splashing, jumping or aggressive behavior in the hot tub. You will receive one warning, then if it continues you will be asked to leave without a refund.

Please note that the pool and hot tub are not private and exclusive to cottage renters. 

 

Items that you will need to provide: bed linens (1 double & 1 twin), pillow, towels, washcloth, toiletries, sunscreen, food and drinks. We provide dish service for four, so anyone beyond that, it is recommended that you bring paper plates, etc.
